Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and SEK Productions LLC ("Company"), a New Jersey limited liability company located at 543 Mink Lane, Williamstown, NJ 08094. These terms govern all entertainment and event services provided by SEK Productions LLC.

1Booking & Service Agreement
A booking with SEK Productions LLC is confirmed only when all of the following conditions are met:
- A signed service agreement or written confirmation has been executed by both parties
- The required 25% non-refundable deposit has been received and cleared
- All event details (date, venue, time, package selection) have been confirmed in writing
Until all three conditions are met, your date is not secured and may be booked by another client. SEK Productions LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any booking at its sole discretion.
Important: Verbal agreements, email exchanges, or form submissions alone do not constitute a confirmed booking. Your date is only secured once the deposit is received and a written agreement is in place.
2Payment Terms & Deposit Policy
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total contracted amount is required to secure your event date. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance of 75% of the total contracted amount is due no later than 14 days prior to your event date. Failure to remit the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of services at the Company's discretion.

Late Payments
Payments received after the due date may be subject to a late fee of $50 per week. The Company reserves the right to cancel services for accounts more than 7 days past due, with no refund of the deposit.
Additional Services
Any enhancements or additional services added after the original agreement are due in full at the time of addition, or no later than 14 days before the event, whichever comes first.
3Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Client Cancellation
- All cancellations: The 25% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances
- Cancellation 90+ days before event: Only the deposit is forfeited
- Cancellation 30–89 days before event: 50% of the total contract value is due
- Cancellation within 30 days of event: 100% of the total contract value is due
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Cancellations are effective upon written acknowledgment from SEK Productions LLC.
Rescheduling
One reschedule is permitted at no additional charge, subject to availability, provided written notice is received at least 60 days before the original event date. Rescheduled events must take place within 18 months of the original date. Additional reschedules may incur a $150 administrative fee.
Company Cancellation
In the extremely rare event that SEK Productions LLC must cancel due to circumstances within our control, we will provide a full refund of all payments received and make reasonable efforts to refer a qualified replacement DJ from our professional network.
4Services & Performance
Service Hours
Services are provided for the hours specified in your service agreement. Overtime beyond contracted hours is available at $150 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments, payable on the day of the event.
Equipment
SEK Productions LLC provides all necessary professional DJ equipment including sound systems, lighting, and microphones. All equipment meets professional standards. The Company maintains full backup equipment on-site at every event.
Music Selection
SEK Productions LLC will make every effort to accommodate music requests submitted through the planning portal. The DJ retains the right to exercise professional judgment regarding music selection to maintain the energy and flow of the event. Requests for explicit content may be declined at the DJ's discretion.
Performance Standards
SEK Productions LLC will arrive at the venue with sufficient time to complete setup and sound check before guest arrival. Our DJs are professionally attired, sober, and committed to delivering the highest quality performance at every event.
Venue Requirements
The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue provides adequate electrical power, space for equipment setup, and a safe working environment. SEK Productions LLC reserves the right to modify or limit services if venue conditions create safety hazards or are incompatible with professional operation.
5Client Responsibilities
As the Client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete event information during the booking and planning process
- Complete the event planning form within 30 days of booking
- Attend scheduled planning meetings or provide advance notice of rescheduling
- Ensure the venue permits the services contracted (particularly for specialty enhancements such as cold spark fountains)
- Provide adequate access for load-in, setup, and load-out as agreed with the venue
- Inform SEK Productions LLC of any venue restrictions, union rules, or special requirements
- Ensure a safe working environment free from harassment or hostile conditions for our team
- Make all payments by the agreed-upon due dates
6Limitation of Liability
SEK Productions LLC carries full general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue within 24 hours of request.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEK Productions LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under the service agreement.
SEK Productions LLC is not liable for:
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see Force Majeure)
- Requests not submitted through the official planning portal by the agreed deadline
- Venue restrictions that prevent delivery of contracted enhancements
- Guest conduct or actions that disrupt services
- Equipment damage caused by venue conditions or third parties
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
7Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or severe weather events
- Government actions, emergency declarations, or mandatory shutdowns
- Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergency orders
- Fire, flood, or other catastrophic venue damage
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
In force majeure situations, SEK Productions LLC will work in good faith with the Client to reschedule the event at no additional charge, subject to availability.
8Media & Photography Rights
By booking SEK Productions LLC, you grant us the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use photographs, videos, and audio recordings taken at your event for promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
- Our website (sekpro.com) and social media accounts
- Marketing materials, portfolios, and advertising
- Review platforms and vendor directories
We will never identify clients by full name or share personal event details without explicit written consent. If you prefer that no media from your event be used in our marketing, please notify us in writing before your event date and we will honor your request.
9SMS & Text Message Communications
SMS Disclosure: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of services (such as customer service) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting our contact or booking form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from SEK Productions LLC regarding your booking, event planning, and our services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
10Intellectual Property
All content on sekpro.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SEK Productions LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Music played at your event is licensed through appropriate performance licensing agreements (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC). SEK Productions LLC maintains all required music performance licenses.
11Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or related to these terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Gloucester County, New Jersey, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SEK Productions LLC and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings regarding our services.
